Classes are developed and delivered by our team of support
personnel and are continuously refined in the light of
customer feedback.
Class delivery options emphasise flexibility and convenience and
include:

A core programme of free-to-attend classes delivered online
without you having to leave the office. All you need is a PC and
phone. We run a rolling weekly programme of classes and you're
welcome to participate in as many, and as often, as you need
